Job summary

Jamba is hiring enthusiastic team members to join our store team in California. You will assist customers, process orders at the POS, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout each shift.

No prior experience required—training is provided. You should be able to stand for long periods, handle receipts, and communicate clearly in English. Flexible scheduling and a focus on growth are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ with work eligibility or permit if under 18.
• 0–1 year experience in food service or retail; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move around during shifts.
• Comfort working in cold environments and handling cash.
• Basic math and clear English communication required.
• Cash handling and customer service skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, handle orders, and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store during shifts.
• Support team with tasks to ensure smooth service flow.
