Jamba is hiring enthusiastic TEAM MEMBERS to join our vibrant store. Help deliver great guest experiences by providing friendly service, handling orders at the POS, and helping keep the store clean and well-stocked.

No previous experience required—we train you. Must be 16+ and able to stand for long shifts in a cool environment. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are part of joining the Jamba family.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older and eligible to work.
• 0–1 year of experience in food service or retail; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move throughout shifts.
• Comfortable working in cooler environments and handling cash.
• Basic math and computer skills; English comprehension for instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and greet guests.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
• Assist in food preparation and serving smoothies or bowls.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and support team goals.
