Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers at our travel plazas. You will operate the POS system, handle cash, and assist with food preparation and service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, following food safety guidelines, and maintaining equipment while adhering to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly customer service and engage with travelers.
• Cash handling and POS operations experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Clean, stock, and stock quality food, prep and serving items as needed.
• Handle food preparation tasks including wrapping, labeling, dating, packaging, and temperature checks.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and uphold brand standards and safety policies.
