Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role focuses on stocking fixtures, maintaining cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks with attention to policy and procedure.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet goals and uphold standards across the sales floor and backroom. The position requires flexibility for varied shifts and physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale systems) and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store standards across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
