Job summary

Milam’s Markets is a locally owned neighborhood grocery store in Miami, FL, seeking team members for store roles. The position pays $16.00–$19.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, employee discounts, paid training, and growth opportunities.

This role focuses on keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and associates. You’ll contribute to sanitation, handle spills, support store departments, and assist with other duties in a fast-paced environment while upholding teamwork

• Support team members and assist with other store duties as needed.
