You will greet customers, recommend apparel and footwear, stock shelves, process transactions at the POS, and support omni-channel requests in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in CA).
• Stand and move around the sales floor; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Fluency in local language; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to use technology (hand-held devices, computers) and participate in the Rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge about products and benefits.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Handle front and back-of-store duties including POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty and self-development opportunities.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per Under Armour process.
• Complete scheduled working hours per attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
