Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per MD orders.
• Document findings on evaluation formats accurately and timely.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Document patient progress, discharge planning and care plans for MDS as needed.
• Supervise junior staff or students as allowed by state/federal guidelines.
• Attend meetings and participate in rehab team activities.
