Job summary

Sunny Days is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services. You will assess, plan, and implement speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model and IFSP goals, working with families to reach developmental milestones in familiar settings.

You will deliver services in homes and other community sites, ensuring progress is tracked with regular re-assessments, progress notes, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in CA.
• Experience with Early Intervention preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow the Parent Coaching Model and IFSP goals.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environments (homes, daycare centers, community settings).
• Provide re-assessments and progress reports as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA/state regulations confidentiality.
