Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home health therapy. You will assess and treat patients in home settings, train caregivers, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team. PCP referrals and ongoing documentation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required and pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with caregivers and staff; document progress.
• Maintain patient records and communicate progress to families.
