Job summary
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home pediatric therapy. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and educate families to support communication, feeding, and language goals.

Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health preferred.
- Excellent communication with children and families.
- Proficiency with EMR documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- Educate families on therapy goals, home programs, and carryover techniques.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and patient progress.
- Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge preparation.
- Stay current with best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
