Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting near Schenectady, NY. The role involves assessments, IEP development, and evidence-based therapy across speech, language, voice, and fluency.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, NY licensure (or eligibility), and the ASHA CCC. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential within a supportive educational team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of New York (or eligibility to obtain).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for students.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional learning activities.
• Stay current with best practices and regulations in school-based speech therapy.
