Job summary

Under Armour in San Clemente is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store neat and engaging.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, suggesting the right apparel and footwear, processing payments, stocking, and participating in omni-channel requests. Prioritize teamwork and fast-paced execution while upholding UA policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (18 in CA).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to suit customers.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Stock, tidy and clean the store as needed.
• Handle front and back of store tasks, including POS and payments.
• Promote the UA Rewards program to build loyalty.
