Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking Team Members to support daily store operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers with product information, and help maintain clean, organized displays.

Responsibilities include greeting shoppers, processing orders, stocking shelves, and supporting sign changes and promotions. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends/evenings.

• Experience with cash handling and POS procedures.

• Basic computer skills for store systems and sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and family values of the company.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities set by management.
• Receive tasks from corporate office and store management.
• Greet customers and assist in-store, on websites, and with special orders.
• Encourage customers to join loyalty programs and financing options.
• Process calls professionally and assist in person at POS.
• Complete store layouts and signage per guidance.
• Fulfill online orders using Harvester and other tools.
• Assist with financing inquiries and use current financing sites.
• Set promotional signage and price changes as directed.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out-of-stock processes.
• Aim for passing scores on corporate audits and store walks.
• Maintain store safety and report issues to management.
• Support loss prevention measures and security.
• Safely operate forklift/pallet jack (18+).
• Assist in building displays and fixtures; keep areas clean.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment; perform other duties as assigned.
