Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a team member to support daily retail operations in a backroom/warehouse setting. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers, restock items, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include educating customers about Round Up and Good Points programs, operating the register, and supporting opening/closing tasks while adhering to safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Scan tickets and process payment following cash handling standards.
• Educate customers on Round Up and Good Points programs.
• Operate telephone and paging system.
• Restock displays according to merchandising standards.
• Assist customers in locating items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area; complete opening/closing checklists; support general cleaning.
