Job summary

Goodwill of Northern Illinois is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and ring up merchandise with accuracy. You’ll help maintain displays, assist with housekeeping, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with questions.

• Assist with merchandising, displays, and end caps as directed.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and report concerns to management.
• Support round-up programs and uphold Goodwill assets.
