• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Greet customers and follow fitting room policies; invite return visits.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain professional appearance with name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support Loss Prevention procedures and report theft or incidents.
