Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Springfield, OR is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks, assisting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on store operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures and shipments.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and dress code.
• Drive operational performance and protect assets through loss prevention best practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support the MM and OM in daily tasks.
