Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge are essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store standards - maintaining store standards including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy for security, safety and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
