Must be flexible to work weekends/holidays; retail experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, upbeat attitude, and eagerness to learn about our brands will help you excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with customers and educate them about our product to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain store standards—including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, replenishing stock, assisting with loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Manage cash and adhere to all policy and procedures for security, health and safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming product launches and collecting customer data.
