Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stockroom, warehouse, restaurant, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and inventory-counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming deliveries against invoices and purchase orders.
• Unload, inspect, and properly store food, beverage, and restaurant supplies.
• Stock shelves, storage areas, walk‑in coolers, and freezers according to company procedures.
• Rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain organized storage rooms, coolers, and freezer areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
• Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored according to health and safety guidelines.
• Safely operate carts, dollies, and other equipment used for moving inventory.
• Remove and dispose of cardboard, packaging, and waste materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard‑free work environment.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and health department regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
