Job summary

Fort Wayne Health Campus in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities, mobility and companionship in a caring, respectful environment. You will help with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping while promoting independence and safety.

A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required. Experience in home care or healthcare is preferred, and excellent communication and compassion are essential

• Document care services accurately.
