Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities by delivering evidence-based interventions under supervision. You will work one-on-one and help implement behavior plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
• Collect data on targeted behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
