Hidden Light ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans, provide direct 1:1 therapy, and help collect and track data to measure progress.

The role emphasizes compassionate, professional interaction with clients, collaboration with the treatment team, and maintaining precise client records to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
