Job summary

Actify ABA in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring team. This role offers 10 hours per week in-home or in-school sessions, with an evening shift from 5:00pm to 7:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help children achieve meaningful progress. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and be able to pass a background

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
