Job summary

Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will follow evidence-based treatment plans and work within a supportive, collaborative team focused on meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress recording, and regular collaboration with families and the clinical BCBA. Part-time shifts (AM and/or PM) with flexible scheduling and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
