HealthPro Heritage in Herrin, Illinois is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Long-Term Care division. You will assist therapists, provide patient care, and help educate patients and families in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as PTA or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Document treatments and outcomes per facility policies and standards.
