Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current state licensure in physical therapy.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and payer sources.
• Professionalism and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients according to licensure.
• Direct and supervise assistants and rehab staff per guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures to protect patients and staff.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for functional outcomes.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and reports.
• Communicate patient status to care teams and families.
• Participate in continuing education to update clinical skills.
