Greentree Health & Rehab in Clintonville, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders. This full-time role offers starting pay at $48/hr, with pay based on experience, and a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options.

As a PT, you will administer treatments, develop care plans, provide patient and family education, and prepare discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards. New grads are welcome; licensed PT required.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new grads welcome.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments including manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and wound care as applicable.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other care providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in line with regulatory and clinical requirements.
