Job summary

Creative Health Solutions in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will develop and implement therapy programs to improve patients’ physical and mental well-being, collaboratively with a clinical team, and document progress for each patient.

Qualifications

• Active State OT license in Florida.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab is preferred.
• Flexible part-time or PRN availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement therapy programs to improve patients’ physical and mental well-being.
• Document progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Create personalized treatment plans for patients and continuously educate patients and their families on procedures and techniques.
• Stay up to date with latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
