Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to work independently across retail locations in Texas, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more. You will showcase organization and time management on your route.

The role offers starting pay of $12.20 per hour with increases after 6 months and after one year, plus flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match. Routes include Brownwood and nearby towns; hours vary seasonally.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising for retail locations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently across multiple stores.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions.
• Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture work as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
