Job summary

The Lake, a new private social club opening Fall 2026 in Chicago's River North, is operated by Topography Hospitality. The Server Assistant supports the service team to ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or club experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift trays.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with delivering food and maintaining tables.
• Refill water, clear plates, reset tables, and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms and service stations.
• Support private events and special dining experiences as assigned.
• Work closely with team to ensure smooth service.
