Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition as directed.
• Offer companionship and social engagement for clients.
• Give medication reminders and follow care plan updates.
• Handle errands/transportation as needed.
