Job summary

CareWorks Health Services is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care across Orange County, CA. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive care team, with weekly direct deposit and opportunities to work with multiple clients.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, is reliable and uses excellent communication to deliver personalized care plans. Active HCA registration or willingness to obtain one is required along with Live Scan clearance.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Active HCA registration or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to complete Live Scan/background check.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Dependable and responsible.
• Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with ADLs.
• Good communication skills.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to client care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Toileting and incontinence care.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders per care plan.
• Companionship and client engagement.
• Light errands and grocery support.
• Accompany to appointments and outings.
• Support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
