Qualifications

• Active U.S. bar license in any jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of immigration or courtroom experience (USCIS or EOIR).
• Basic knowledge of immigration law.
• Availability during court business hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at hearings.
• Appear in person at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings.
• Represent clients professionally and communicate case status accurately.
• Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates.
