Lisinski Law Firm in Minnesota seeks licensed U.S. attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Master Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis.

This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy advocacy and courtroom appearances but prefer to focus on representation rather than case management, filings, or ongoing client ownership. Assignments are scheduled during standard court business hours, giving you the flexibility to plan your schedule while gaining meaningful courtroom

Qualifications

• Active U.S. bar license required.
• 1–3 years of legal practice experience.
• Immigration law experience preferred.
• Courtroom appearances and advocacy skills desired.
• Available during standard court business hours.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at Master Calendar Hearings as co-counsel.
• Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
• Advocate professionally and communicate case developments clearly.
• Follow firm preparation materials and instructions.
• Report hearing outcomes using firm templates.
