Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Colorado is seeking an experienced RN to service home infusion and infusion center patients in Loveland, CO and surrounding locations. The RN educates patients and families on prevention and healthy habits, following health and safety guidelines with compassionate, calm handling of emergencies.

The role requires strong Med/Surg/ICU experience and proficiency with EMR. Enjoy a flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, and an RN referral program while delivering

Formación

• Background check required.
• Malpractice insurance required.
• Drug screen required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• ACLS; PALS preferred if available.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily EMR documentation for each patient.
• Provide admission, case management, and follow-up visits for home infusion and infusion center patients.
• Administer ongoing care/infusions and follow physician and Clinical Manager guidance.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies to develop initial treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits.
• Discharge patients after consultation and finalize care documentation.
