Human Touch Home Health is actively hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles serving Upper Marlboro and Southern Prince George’s County. Qualifications

• Active Maryland OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in patients’ homes.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• WellSky experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Assess functional limitations and barriers to independence.
• Address activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve functional performance.
• Assess home safety and fall risks.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications.
• Provide training in safe transfers and functional mobility.
• Develop home programs based on patient goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete reassessments and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary home health team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky.
