Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Hampton, GA. Earn $17/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus while delivering compassionate in-home care to seniors and patients with illnesses or chronic conditions.

You’ll set your schedule, work independently, and build skills through online training and CEUs. Requirements include GA CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, TB screening within 12 months, and a valid GA driver’s license with transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active GA Nursing Assistant Certification
• CPR and First Aid certification and a TB screening within 12 months
• Valid GA driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate nature and good communication; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors at home under a care plan
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Support with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises
• Monitor vitals and document changes
• Coordinate with home health nurses and aides to follow the care plan
• Notify supervisor of changes in patient condition or needs
