Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking friendly Hosts to be the first welcome a guest receives. You will greet guests, seat them promptly, manage waitlists, and assist with reservations, ensuring a smooth dining experience.

The role requires a 16+ age, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and a team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Training programs and growth opportunities accompany daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; some locations or positions may require employees to be 18 or older due to operational or regulatory requirements.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them in a timely manner, considering server sections and reservations.
• Manage the waitlist effectively with accurate wait times and updates to guests.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure a seamless transition between seating and service.
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables to support guest flow.
• Provide friendly and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe environment.
