Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. The Groundskeeper will maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all exterior and common areas within the communities we manage in Florida.

This role involves routine maintenance tasks, emergency cleaning, and assisting with special projects as needed. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying exterior spaces, operating equipment such as pressure washers and blowers, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency cleaning.
• Operate equipment such as pressure washers and blowers.
• Assist with hurricane/tropical storm preparation.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Report issues to supervisor.
