• Aviation background or strong interest in aviation.
• Proven ability to teach, coach, or facilitate learning.

• Strong presentation skills with confidence speaking to groups.
• Professional, polished, customer-focused approach.
• Explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated to learn and stay current on technical topics.
• Interpersonal skills and commitment to customer experience.
• Proficiency with classroom technology and virtual training platforms.
• Available to deliver trainings for at least 8 days a month.
