Job summary

Pilotcompany in Corona, CA is hiring for a hands-on role involving repair and preparation of fuel and lubricants tanks, maintenance, and installation support. You will operate vehicles up to 26,000 lbs GVWR, interact with customers, and follow strict safety procedures.

Responsibilities include inspections, tank prep, forklift use, and basic repair tasks. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification, a valid CA driver’s license, and the ability to obtain TWIC.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift certified.
  • Must have and maintain a valid California driver's license.
  • Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing, mechanical and electrical repair.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Operates company vehicles with GVWR up to 26,000 lbs per regulations.
  • Interacts effectively with customers on site.
  • Performs safety procedures and reports defects.
  • Conducts pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Cleans, paints and preps fuel and lubricants tanks.
  • Performs forklift operations and basic repairs.
  • Troubleshoots equipment failures and assists with installations.
