Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts in a studio setting. You will motivate members through pre-defined workouts, help them set SMART goals and provide form corrections while prioritizing safety and results.

This role requires AED/CPR certification and an Orangetheory-approved fitness certification. Growth paths include General Manager or Regional Fitness Manager within a thriving franchise network.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certified.
• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve SMART goals.
• Offering form corrections and safety as a priority.
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate focused training and educating members on its benefits.
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and demonstrating usage in every workout.
• Positive attitude and being a team player.
