Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure safety and cleanliness of the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's needs.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness, safeguarding facility conditions, performing repairs, and participating in safety training and inspections. A flexible schedule is required to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs and routine maintenance.
• Performs repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.
