The Juris Agency in Colorado is seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Sales Producer who thrives on meeting business owners, building relationships, and creating new opportunities. This business development role requires reaching out, networking, and presenting coverage options to protect clients' operations.

You’ll prospect, walk into businesses, attend events, and develop partnerships to build a strong book of business while meeting individual sales targets and delivering excellent client

• Confident prospecting by phone, email, networking, and in person.
• Self-motivated and able to generate opportunities independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Organized with a pipeline management across multiple accounts.
• Coachable, dependable, and willing to learn.
• B2B sales or commercial insurance experience a plus.
• Property & Casualty license required; licensing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Develop referral partnerships with lenders, real estate pros, accountants, attorneys, payroll providers, and other partners.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, visits, and follow-up with prospective clients.
• Learn each business’s operations, exposures, and insurance needs.
• Gather information to market and quote commercial accounts.
• Present insurance options clearly and explain coverage.
• Sell various commercial insurance products including GLA, property, BOP, workers’ comp, auto, and other coverages.
• Cross-sell additional coverage opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet goals.
• Attend networking and community events to represent the agency.
• Collaborate with the team to provide excellent client experiences from prospecting to policy issuance.
