Job summary

GPM Investments LLC is hiring Sales Associates to be the heartbeat of our stores in Texas. You will greet customers, handle the register, and ensure compliance with age verification for tobacco and lottery sales. The job includes keeping the store and pumps clean, stocking merchandise, and sometimes assisting in deli.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Clear communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Basic math proficiency required for transactions and change.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
Comply with age verification when selling lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol.
Upsell to increase sales when possible.
Keep store interiors and exteriors clean and safe, including restrooms and pumps.
Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain attractive merchandise.
Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
