Sugar N' Spice is seeking a Busser to help maintain a clean, organized dining area and support the service team in delivering a memorable guest experience. The role involves clearing and resetting tables, rapid turnover, and assisting with setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages.

Qualifications

• Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables.

• Strong communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating their needs.
• Provide a friendly greeting to guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Handle guest challenges with tact and patience, ensuring issues are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Support the service team by assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages.
• Adhere to all service protocols, including managing special dietary needs and allergy precautions.
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, following all cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Complete all tasks according to the guidelines and standards set out in the Employee Handbook.
• Work cooperatively with all team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
