Job summary

Square One Concepts, Inc. is hiring a Busser to maintain tables and support the dining team. You will clear and reset tables, assist in dishwashing, and keep the work area clean and organized throughout service.

You will partner with servers to deliver beverages, food, and guest requests while learning menu items to provide accurate information. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills for guest interactions and service recovery.
• Attention to cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work well in a team and support servers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Clear communication with guests and teammates.
• Must have a valid food handlers certification.
• Ability to learn restaurant POS software (Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity).

Responsibilities

• Clearing and resetting tables to provide a clean dining area.
• Assisting with dishwashing and maintaining clean dishware.
• Keeping work area and equipment sanitized and organized.
• Supporting servers by refilling drinks and delivering food orders.
• Cooperating with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting guests with inquiries and special requests.
• Learning menu items to provide accurate information.
