Matt Collier - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and help customers find the right solutions. The role focuses on building relationships, identifying needs, and guiding customers to appropriate State Farm products and services.

You will develop leads, set appointments, and ensure timely follow-up while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and accurate policy information.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing).
• Experience in managing customer relationships.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
