Mercyhealth is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical teams in Wisconsin/Illinois. The role emphasizes applying the nursing process, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and delivering safe, patient-centered care with accurate documentation and timely medication administration.

Shifts are flexible, weekdays, at 20 hours per week. An ADN is required with BSN preferred; CPR/BLS certification is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Illinois: 10 hours of continued education (as required for IL licensure).
• Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Administers medications and treatments according to policies and standards of care.
• Ensures accurate and comprehensive documentation.
